Group Accommodation

Beech Barns is the ideal location to host your own show. Business or social, we can provide the framework within which you can build your own small event, function, or meeting. We can have as much input as you wish or discretely slip into the background. The property is ideal for small garden parties, dinner parties for up to twenty people (with bedroom bookings), small business meetings, hen parties, workshops etc. We can provide all of our usual services plus buffet lunches, coffee mornings, afternoon tea and so on.

For example, if you and up to 17 friends wish to meet for the weekend , you can arrive here on Friday evening, enjoy a simple supper and relax or go to one of our many delightful country pubs for the evening. On Saturday you enjoy a full breakfast spread in readiness for your day, whether you be visiting historic Winchester or just enjoying the house and garden in it ' s tranquil setting. Maybe you would enjoy a country walk, where you are likely to see deer, foxes and maybe our local family of buzzards.

As evening arrives, lounge by the open fire or out on the patio with the evening sun. Champagne and canopies will precede a delicious four course dinner (of your choosing if you wish), followed by coffee and truffles in the lounge. The rest of the evening and the whole house is then yours to do with as you choose. On Sunday morning you choose when to regroup for a full on brunch which could include cinnamon bagels and smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toasted muffins.
